The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 331 "An Act relating to claims on permanent fund dividends for defaulted public assistance overpayments." Representative Toohey moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 331 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, HB 331 was returned to second reading. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Toohey: Page 2, line 29: Delete "current or" 1994-03-11 House Journal Page 2733 HB 331 Representative Toohey moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 331 am pass the House?"
